We never blast your home with high pressure or harsh bleach. We use our organic, environmentally safe detergent, so the wash is gentle on vinyl, painted wood, soffits and fascia, and safe around your pets, kids and landscaping. Your windows are left spot-free too.

Single-family homes are priced by size: $189 (700–1,600 sq ft), $209 (1,601–2,000), $219 (2,001–2,400), $239 (2,401–2,900) and $269 (2,901–3,400). Larger homes are quoted individually. Active-duty military and veterans save 10%.
Will soft washing damage my vinyl siding?
No. Soft washing uses low pressure and heated detergent instead of a high-pressure blast, so it won't force water behind siding, crack panels or strip paint.
How often should I wash my house in coastal Virginia?
Most Hampton Roads homes look best with a wash once a year. Shady lots, waterfront homes and north-facing walls may need it every 9–12 months because of humidity and salt air.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and a clear path around the house. Most customers like to do a quick walk-around with us at the end.
