A long run of fence picks up green algae, mildew, sprinkler stains and pollen faster than almost anything else on your property. Many HOAs notice. We use low pressure with detergent for vinyl and medium pressure for wood, so each fence gets cleaned the right way.
White vinyl comes back bright. Gray, weathered wood comes back to its warm, natural color, ready to stain or seal if you'd like. We can do one side or both.

How much does fence cleaning cost?
Wood fences are $2 per linear foot under 50 ft and $1 per linear foot over 50 ft. Vinyl fences are $3 per 8-ft section for one side or $5 per section for both sides.
Can you get my white vinyl fence white again?
In most cases, yes. The green and black on vinyl is algae and mildew, and our detergent soft wash removes it.
Will pressure washing damage my wood fence?
We use medium pressure on wood. That's enough to remove grime without splintering boards.
Can you clean my neighbor's side too?
Yes, with your neighbor's permission. Many neighbors split the cost of a both-sides cleaning.
