Single-family homes are priced by size: $189 (700–1,600 sq ft), $209 (1,601–2,000), $219 (2,001–2,400), $239 (2,401–2,900) and $269 (2,901–3,400). Larger homes are quoted individually. Active-duty military and veterans save 10%.

No. Soft washing uses low pressure and heated detergent instead of a high-pressure blast, so it won't force water behind siding, crack panels or strip paint.

Most Hampton Roads homes look best with a wash once a year. Shady lots, waterfront homes and north-facing walls may need it every 9–12 months because of humidity and salt air.

Yes. We use low pressure, never a high-pressure blast, so granules stay put and your shingles aren't damaged.

Mostly an airborne algae that thrives in warm, humid coastal air and feeds on the limestone in asphalt shingles. North-facing and shaded roofs get it worst.

Roof pricing depends on square footage, pitch and how much growth there is, so we give each roof a free, upfront quote. Military and veterans save 10%.

Concrete cleaning is $0.20 per sq ft under 1,000 sq ft and $0.15 per sq ft over 1,000 sq ft. A typical two-car driveway is usually easy to estimate with our Quote-o-Meter.

Not the way we do it. We use a surface cleaner that cleans evenly and prevents the streaking you get from a handheld wand.

Pressure cleaning removes dirt, mildew and grime. Oil and rust are chemical stains, so results vary. Tell us about them when you ask for a quote and we'll be upfront about what's realistic.

Deck pressure washing is $0.50 per square foot. A 12×16 deck (192 sq ft) is about $96. Military and veterans save 10%.

Not with the right technique. We use medium pressure on bare wood and low-pressure detergent on stained decks, so the wood isn't gouged or fuzzed.

Cleaning is the perfect prep for stain or sealer. Let the wood dry for a couple of sunny days first.

Wood fences are $2 per linear foot under 50 ft and $1 per linear foot over 50 ft. Vinyl fences are $3 per 8-ft section for one side or $5 per section for both sides.

In most cases, yes. The green and black on vinyl is algae and mildew, and our detergent soft wash removes it.

We use medium pressure on wood. That's enough to remove grime without splintering boards.

Gutter cleaning runs $130–$249 depending on roof steepness and access. You'll get an exact quote before we start.

At least twice a year, in late spring after the pine pollen and seed drop and again in late fall after the leaves come down. More often if you're under pines.

Yes. We hand wash the outside of the gutters to remove black streaks and grime.

We focus on exterior windows. They're part of our heated low-pressure exterior wash, which leaves glass streak-free.

Salt spray from the Bay and the ocean dries into a film that ordinary glass cleaner smears around. Our heated detergent wash removes it.

Window pricing depends on how many windows you have and how easy they are to reach, so we give a free, upfront quote. It's also a great add-on to a house wash.

Yes, with the right technique. We use medium pressure and keep the angle careful so mortar joints and brick faces aren't eroded.

Yes. We clean the exterior brick of chimneys and remove the black mildew and algae that build up on shaded sides.

Older, softer brick gets an even gentler approach. Let us know the age of your home and we'll adjust.

Yes. We offer maintenance packages on a scheduled basis: monthly, quarterly or seasonal, depending on foot traffic.
